Cleanliness, spacious, perfect location

The location is excellent, the room was immaculate, and the size was larger than I expected for an inner city hotel.
They only have someone at the property from 9am to 1 pm. We were out on tours almost every day during this time period so we only saw the staff one day to pay our city hotel tax. They were very responsive via text though. There are also several step up and step downs to get to our room and from our room to the bathroom that may cause issues for some people.

Location in Via Giulia
We sent our ID docs via WhatsApp to the property. No personnel on site when we arrived, so nobody checked to confirm we were who we said we'd be. We could have passed the codes on to others, we could have brought others. In other words, guest safety was not assured. They did not change codes between customers in guest rooms. We had 3 doors that needed codes to open. Breakfast of cellophane wrapped croissants/cornetti plus capsule coffee on a tray left in room, disappointing
