La réactivité du gestionnaire la proprete
Il manquait des moules pour le four et nous avons été en panne de wifi durant deux jours
Point noir l eau chaude qui mets beaucoup de temps à arriver beaucoup de gaspillage d eau
Nous étions 10 et il n y avait que 8 chaises, deux nous ont été ramenées ensuite mais juste pour l exterieur

Vila je moderní, prostorná a velká. Každý pokoj měl k dispozici dostatečné množství ručníků a osušek. Na přivítanou jsme dostali láhev, drobné občerstvení - to bylo moc milé :)
Ne že by se nám to vyloženě nelíbilo, jen jsme byli na místě překvapeni, že nemáme všech 5 ložnic v jedné vile, ale 2 z nich byly bokem ve vedlejší budově. Jinak bylo vše OK.

Exceptionally clean and modern, lots of space and everything you need. It felt very safe, having a code to the compound, locked gates etc. Everything was well maintained and staff were a WhatsApp away when we mistakenly locked ourselves out! Spare blankets were welcome. Free WiFi was great. I’d recommend having a hire car as without you might struggle. Thanks to the team who clean and support guests.
It would be great to have an information pack on arrival with information on nearby supermarkets/activities and a map or recommendations of restaurants etc or anything about life in Lanzarote. The kitchen prep area is quite small but there is a large dining table which can be used.

Es una Vila molt confortable, amb totes les comoditats. Uns acabats excel·lents i molt ben situada.
