Beautiful location and beautiful spacious cottage with everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday including lovely welcome pack. Everything was lovely quality and the bed linen towels were exceptional. The hot tub was to die for and the views were out of this world .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for more. The location was fantastic, with shops conveniently close by, and the house was lovely, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our son absolutely loved playing in the Garden and Our two dogs adored the large enclosed garden, it made the experience much better knowing our Child and Dogs were safe and could run about freely. the hot tub was a real highlight for the whole family. The generous welcome pack was a thoughtful touch that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Most importantly, it was a place where we could truly switch off, relax, and enjoy quality time together. We would happily return and will definitely be looking to book again in the future.

The hot tub was a wonderful addition to the property and definitely one of our favourite features. The only small suggestion would be a little more privacy, as the neighbouring horse area was quite close. The neighbours were lovely, friendly, and very polite, so this wasn’t an issue with them at all. We just felt that a slightly longer fence would provide an extra sense of privacy and make the experience even better.

Very nice property. Good for small groups. Hot Tub was a perfect addition and with it being so in the country seeing the stars at nighttime was amazing. Owners were lovely and left a booklet with all information needed as well as bread, eggs, apples, milk and tea and coffee supplies.

Hard to pick an issue as the property was very good. Outside there was no lighting other than motion sensored. So in the hot tub it would get dark very quickly if in at 8pm near sunset.

Perfect for our birthday celebration break, cosy and comfy. Loved the size of the farmhouse - even managed our obligatory game of holiday home hide and seek! It meant the kids could have their own space to hang out when they got bored of adult company. Friends joined us from town and there was everything we needed to host dinner. Cross county hike to get into town which took about 40 mins, and easy enough to get a taxi back in the dark. Also just a 5 min drive to Lidl for the essentials. The views and the night sky were stunning, we’d love to come back in the better weather sometime. But the weather doesn’t matter for the hot tub, which is a perfect addition. The hosts were great, helpful instructions to find the place and a lovely welcome pack. Would definitely recommend Woodside Farmhouse.

Shower could do with replacing, but it’s ok for a quick wash and there’s the added bonus of a bath. Other than that, it was perfect.
