The apartment has enough space for feeling comfortable in between a city like Tokyo. The apartment is located very centrally and close to a train station as well as other relevant locations such as restaurants, convenience stores etc.
Furthermore it was great to have a washing machine and a drying function within the shower room.

* The Location: Sangenjaya is amazing. It felt like living like a true local, completely away from the tourist crowds. It’s incredibly quiet and peaceful at night.
* The Neighborhood: Just a few minutes away, there are tons of hip bars and local eateries. There is also a lovely walking/running path right behind the house with a great community vibe.
* The Access: Shibuya is so close and accessible whenever you want the hustle and bustle. Taking the bus to Nakameguro was also a breeze.
A perfect balance of peaceful neighborhood vibes and city convenience!

Nice neighbourhood where you could feel like a local. Close to train station (about 10 minute walk). Host was very accommodating and had good communications.

- Well-furnished with all the necessities for a fuss-free self-catering travel: washing machine, efficient dryer in the bathroom, sufficient towels, dining utensils, refrigerator, oven, microwave.
- Excellent and restful location in a residential area, yet very close and convenient to get to Shibuya, Omotesando area etc.
- A good base in the western part of Tokyo with a flavour of quiet local life, away from the hectic and dreary buzz of the city.
- Well-located: Near a couple of supermarkets - FamilyMart and Tokyu for a wide range of groceries. The train station was a short 10 mins walk away.
- The heater in the shower is not always reliable.
- The bed is a little soft, which might not be so good for those who need more support for the back.
- The apartment is generally clean, however there was a spider in the house and under the bed, there are clumps of dust bunnies. The house cleaning could be more thorough.
- It would be nice if there could be complimentary tea bags (more than 2) and a coffee machine with free capsules for guests.
