The host was very available and made sure the keys were available to us, as well as the garage door opener.

My 18 year old son is in a wheelchair so I had to verify accessibility. The host was very responsive and informative, which made it easy to check in and follow the instructions for my son.
We couldn't figure out how to get the shower to work.

Booked this for visiting relatives, very quiet unit, super convenient to the freeway, and they said the bed was very comfortable and the place was really nice. They also liked that it was so close to El Cerrito hill park. Would book again.

Location-convenient. Friendly manager
Shower was not cleaned-wipes it down myself-discovered shower door was not sliding well. So had to report this and manager came over same night to rectify the situation.
