The back swimming pool needed someone to serve drinks you don’t see anyone unless you get up to find them

The vibe and decor

Hotel rooms wasn’t check properly and there was a pink substance on the mattress that was on the bed when we arrived. I only noticed it when I stripped the bed.

The location is perfect, sitting incredibly close to the vibrant centre of San Antonio, making it so easy to get around and explore. We were lucky enough to stay in Room 306, which is tucked away at the very end of the corridor. Because of this, we had zero foot traffic walking past our room. Even though the hotel has a great, lively atmosphere, our room placement meant the noise levels were completely acceptable and we slept great. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the incredible team. A very big shout-out to the concierge staff—Clara, Chema, Alessandra, and Claudia—who were all amazingly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. We also want to give a huge mention to Sofia, the Guest Experience Manager, for her outstanding hospitality. The exceptional service made our trip unforgettable. We highly recommend Hotel Bonito Ibiza and would love to return!

Considering the alternatives around the area I’d say it’s one of the best options. I must admit, they did give us a room upgrade however, the amount of money paid for our booking, had they not given us one I’d be disappointed.

The service was disappointing to say the least. They really must work on the service at the pool side restaurants. Took a minimum of 20 minutes to get you the drinks. I once had to walk to the bar and practically force them to make my order cause it took more than 30 minutes at best. Really bad one of the worst experiences ever. Additionally our friends would pick us up from the hotel with their car and the staff at the entrance would constantly force them to leave area because they were not residents.
