property was well located and clean

the sauna and jacuzzi was not working. I had to pay for the spa pool as I did not book directly with the resort and went through booking.com a staff member on the last day was not friendly as I needed to use the phone urgently and she had to cut my call as she said she has to answer calls. THIS IS A HOTEL with only 1 phone? doesn’t make sense

Overrated and overpriced, no ambiance and very poor beds and other furniture in the appartment.

pool facilities and reception area were all really modern and looked great

the rooms were very old fashioned, the air conditioning wasn’t very effective (more like a fan than air con) we had a junior suite but no terrace / balcony as stated in the photos, the rooms do not match the rest of the hotel which is modern

The staff were fantastic, from the warm welcome and helpfulness at reception, to the bar and pool service staff, plus a special mention for Max who was always there to assist us. The pool area always had beds available and was really nice.

The decor in our room was pretty dated (although we booked last minute so there may have been other options that weren’t available).

Facilities looked great, location was perfect for most of what we wanted to do, not far from the airport and a stones throw from the beach. Staff very friendly, cleaned room daily

Bed and sofa were not too comfortable, the music by the pool was played fairly early on one of our mornings which was not ideal. Dated tv with no access to music, could not plug in phone or connect for bluetooth whilst getting ready. Not enough sun loungers for the overall capacity I would not rate the apartment as 4 star

- groundfloor rooms (junior suites)look not like the pictures we saw two of them because our complain - the furnitures are old and damaged( in both rooms), floor dirty they brush it onlysuperficial so its never clean also after cleaning the room daily. We had everytime hairs on the floor and spider web on the walls. -the drink prices are crazy in the pool are, we payed more than in the bars around the hotel -not a real bedframe for a 4*hotel the mattress was hard and uncomfortable

Avoid this hotel at ALL costs. Having read recent reviews and hearing people When there we all had similar issues. I also know someOne will respond to this and say I am wrong which IS what they did our entire stay I called to advise one extr person would be in the room, they didn’t advise any extra costs, on arrival at 3am the staff advisEd we owed an Extr/a 240 euro on stop of the €1100 price for 3 nights. I was told we never called, so I am a liar and then even though I asked for a sofa Bed and two singles to be made up they said I never told them there would be free. There was so coffee machine iPod dock or any chairs on the balcony. The hotel is not worth the expense and I highly recommend they reduce rAtes

the room was a very good size but quite old-fashioned at this stage. The surrounding facilities and restaurant are really nice though. if you’re going to spend a lot of time in the room I would go somewhere else but if it’s just a bed to sleep in and you’re going to be by the pool all day and out at night, it’s great.
