Great location, easy access to the free bus red line. Spacious rooms with good facilities. Easy instructions on picking up and dropping off keys. Close to the Swan River and a beautiful walk to Elizabeth Quay. Also close to an IGA that is open long hours. Morning sun in the apartment was a wonderful was to wake.
Needs maintenance. On arrival we noted that railings in the bathroom were about to fall off and wall hangings sitting on the floor as they had fallen. Gym facilities are poor. A rusty treadmill and a cross trainer, a few weights. Internet is patchy and most of the time was not usable.

Location was good, could not contact hotel for parking prior despite half a dozen attempts
Bed wasn’t the best and bathroom was small

Great views over city and good location
Floor smell was gross

Rooms were nice and big.
The smell on exiting the elevator was a mixture of dampness and cigarrete smoke that had tried to be hidden with deoderants, . The smell permeated the room and aircon system. I had a towel under the front door to stop the smell. The front door rattled non stop. The rer sliding door on the balcony didnt lock properly with a gap to the outside. The curtain railing fell off the roof. .There was 5 holes in the roof where the railing keeps pulling out of the ceiling. Bedroom lighting was just a lamp on each side of the bed.
