I like the location of the property love the pool love the lanai that we could sit out at and have coffee
The screen door was broken told them about it and they said they had one on. They had one on backorder and that’s fine. The washer stank, then smell good at all. The light switch entering the apartment has a short or something you turn it on and it shuts off by itself had a broken tile in the kitchen. The whole place showed a little bit aware and terror.

The balcony was the most comfortable and cozy spot! Loved how well stocked it was with beach chairs,etc.
The outer screen door lock was broken so we couldn’t keep it open for a cross breeze.

Loved balcony overlooking ocean. Nice full kitchen but no coffee. Loved all the supplies- beach chairs etc. loved the fact we had our own little beach front without crowds. Loved that we could park here(on a busy road with zero parking).
The complex is a little worn out and old. We didn’t use the pool but it looked a bit old. The AC in master bedroom is hard to operate. I think I was supposed to empty some water? Ended up with water on floor, soaking my luggage. Don’t store stuff on floor in bedroom w AC!
