The employees were very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags with staff before checking in and after we checked out to make it easier with our transportation times and not have to carry bags around the city. Breakfast was tasty each morning and the room was clean. The neighborhood was also nice and close to the Tube, the British museum, and many restaurants.

Rooms clean , breakfast lovely and fresh. Good location for theatre district. Friendly helpful staff
Room located to front very noisy as no double glazing and on a busy road.

Great location and staff very friendly and helpful.
Laundry bags in the hallway in the morning.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Hotel is in a great location.
Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was limited.
Lack of ventilation from the kitchen [due to building's age?] meant the hotel had a 'cooking' smell.
Bedroom window could only open a fraction and air con unit had very little output.
