The location is excellent, a short walk to the beach or the pool.
The noseeum bugs were very bad on some days even three floors up on the screened balcony. Also, the water in the shower doesn't drain.

Ample family space, nice and renovated, great screened in porch with a good view. Loved the included nice beach equipment. Kids loved the boogie boards.
Door to master bedroom is awkward. There should be more trash bags included. A four wheeled wagon would be a little easier than the included cart to take things to the beach. A binder with info on the property, check out instructions, etc would be nice to leave in the property as I could not find checkout instructions.

Walkways to beach held stagnant water that you had to walk through to get to the beach.
