The property had a home from home atmosphere, myself and my children felt safe and comfortable from the get go, there was basic cleaning supplies readily available to me upon arrival! Just a short walk from the arcades and food, nice location with access to Hemsby beach.
Was a little cold in the mornings when we first woke as I couldn’t leave the oil heater plugged in over night due to having little ones who wake and may wander through the night but I planned and packed accordingly for this as it’s a chillier time of year.

Ideal location, chalet was nice and comfortable and really warm n cosy
The site is in total darkness at night so not very good to get around on your way back to your chalet..should definitely have lighting for health and safety

The chalet was on a quiet site and very comfortable and pleasant with everything needed for a few days away. Clean and tidy on arrival. It was just up the road from where family were staying on another site so was very convenient for seeing them, walking to the beach and the shops and catching the bus into Great Yarmouth. Very good time away and we will certainly pass on details to family and friends and may come back in the future. Thank you.
The main problem we had was the air conditioning. Due to the very hot temperatures we found it a bit difficult to cool the place down even with this on and all the doors and blinds shut. It could have done with a bottle opener, kitchen scissors and an oven glove in the kitchen but these small things did not impact on our stay there.
