If you're looking for authentic stay this is it, I felt like staying at my cool auntie's house. Just enought space to fit large suitcases and still be able to move around. Washer and dryer are both there but we didn't try them. Toothbrushes, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel and some other amenities are also includes. Tatami room was comfortable and I had great sleep. Two balconies with one of them having a Tokyo Sky tree view that is just amazing! Both 7/11 and regular grocery store close by. Beautiful park close by, you can walk through the park all the way to the Tokyo Sky tree.
It was a little bit run down but I think that's a part of the charm. Stairs to 5th floor with no elevator be we knew that and the owner told us ahead of time. Sticky and dirty front door from inside. Only four towels no hand or head towel no kitchen towel just the four. Water pressure in the kitchen but we did not use it much. A little dusty I think it was the curtains and my friends are alergic to excess dust so they had little dificulty.

Location, economic and cleaning
The TV set is not working. Some of the standard items suppose with the stay but may not available. However, it doesn’t not matter

Very good location near station. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for money compared to other hotels in Tokyo. I liked it.

立地が良かった。家族での長期滞在だった為、コインランドリーと24時間スーパーが徒歩5分内にあったのは凄く助かった。ちょっと街を歩けば、スカイツリーが綺麗に見れて良かった。
エレベーターが無く、部屋が5階だった為、登り降りがきつい。
