Summer special! Cozy 4 Bedroom Mountain Retreat
Bella, aperta, ariosa, casa in stile ranch situato accanto al pascolo di cavalli con vista sul maestoso Mt. Sopis da ogni finestra. Posizione molto privata e serena sul Ranch of The Roaring Fork. Un breve tragitto in auto per sciare le quattro aree di Aspen Ski senza il costo proibitivo dell'alloggio Aspen. Escursione, pesca o moto i trecento più ettari di terreno comune uso con 3 trote piene di vapori, sette stagni e due e mezzo miglia del fiume Roaring Fork. Trota pesca sicuramente il meglio della zona. Par Tre campi da golf, campi da tennis, parco giochi sulla proprietà. Incredibile nuova pista ciclabile Rio Grande tutta da Aspen a Glenwood Springs dove si può godere la famosa piscina Hot Springs. Posizione perfetta per tutte le attività all'aperto tutto l'anno. Ideale per vacanze multifamiliari.

We were in Carbondale for a grandson's wedding and the home provided us a comfortable, well appointed place to stay. It is located in a safe, quiet subdivision just a few miles from town. Both the home and location were lovely. There is a small river that runs through the division, a horse pasture immediately behind the house, and walking trails where we saw mule deer. The use of the hot tub was also appreciated. Hosts were quick to respond to all questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay over the Christmas holidays! Our hosts were very responsive to any issues that arose. There was plenty of room for our family, great location for skiing, the springs, and and hiking. Thank you for welcoming our family!!

Love this place. View of horse farm out the back by hot tub. Wife and some relatives drive back to Glenwood for the hot springs which was easy. For us skiers, was like 30 minutes, give or take for weather, to Brush Creek park and ride with free parking and easy access to the mountains by bus. Easy drive back to Aspen for a comedy show at the Wheeler opera house in the evening. Usually Rio Grande parking garage is free after 5 or 6 and easy access to town... but was closed due to a concert when we were there. Oh well, got lucky with a spot in town.House is older, but has everything you need for a good trip and a great value for the RFV. Just to show how great the owners/hosts were, there was a problem with one of the beds in one room. Didn't affect us because they were instantly on it and got a whole new bed for the room! Really great people. Can tell by the books on their bookshelves.
