The staff in the reception, one of the staff was very unhelpful and tuff in behavior.
The hotel did free upgrade to 2 bedroom hotel apartment for more easy stay.
Refused to help check in as early as possible. My flight arrived on 12pm whole check in was at 4pm which is too far any where else.
