Hotel Namaste Hindustan Just a Minute Away From New Delhi Railway Station and Connaught place

The lane that leads to the hotel is small and grungy, but the hotel itself is fantastic, very new, clean and well presented. We had a great stay here and would stay again.

It was neat and clean and near to New Delhi Railway station.Staff was courteous, polite and responsive.Inside room facilities was awesome.

The approach to hotel was dirty and conjusted.There was no ventilation in room.

Just 2 minutes away from New Delhi Railway Station and 7-8 minutes walking distance from Connaught Place area. Though the hotel has been a bit inside of a congested market area, but inside ambience, staff behaviour, cleanliness, room facilities, room service, rooftop open and closed restaurant area are maintained quite well not only for the solo traveler but also the family/grouped traveler who are looking for cost effective hotel near the New Delhi railway station and Connaught Place area.

This place is perfectly located for exploring Dheli, and a nice calm and clean sanctuary amongst the business of the city. Not accessible directly by car but the hotel assisted with transport and helping us find the hotel. The street it's on is quiet and seemed safe.

Although the rest of the staff were really nice and friendly, someone who appeared to be the manager was really pushy trying to sell us taxis and tours. We didn't need or want anything except for help with a train ticket booking but he was fairly insistent that we booked our entire India trip including tickets and transfers through him. He used pushy sales tactics like showing us how dangerous India is and he implied how we would be scammed if we didn't book through him. It was a very stressful and upsetting way to start our first day in India. We turned down his offer and sorted ourselves out as planned and had no issues during our trip. The breakfast looked pretty disgusting and the coffee on offer was undrinkable, we opted to go elsewhere.
