The staff was wonderful! The property was so clean. Being right at the train station was really convenient.

Lovely hotel, very smart, modern and comfortable. Excellent location within the Hiroshima railway station and adjacent to the tram stop.

Attached to train station so short walk after day out on transit. Beautiful rooftop garden and outdoor space just outside hotel entrance. Plug outlets on either side of bed.
Bedding felt damp, not sure if it had to do with humidity.

Perfect for 2 nights right over the Shinkansen platforms. Very good breakfast , very clean, also the city’s tramway system starts outside the entrance. Could not go wrong if travels g round Japan by rail. As with all our Japan hotels excellent staff.
The breakfast area was a little lacking in style, but still perfectly fine
