Nestled in the heart of beautiful Summit County, this charming one-bedroom condo at the Yacht Club complex offers the perfect lakeside getaway. The bedroom features a queen bed, while the brand-new sleeper sofa in the living room comfortably accommodates two more guests, making this condo ideal for a small family or a relaxing weekend retreat. The cozy living area, complete with a TV, opens up to breathtaking views of Lake Dillon, and the first-floor patio allows you to walk right out onto the lakefront.
The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals, and the dining area is a great spot to enjoy your food while taking in the lake views. The complex also offers communal grills for summer BBQs and convenient laundry facilities(Coin-Operated).
Located just 30 minutes from world-class ski resorts, this condo is fantastic for winter sports enthusiasts, while summer brings endless opportunities for hiking, biking, and boating. Plus, the nearby Dillon Amphitheater offers live entertainment, all within walking distance. Tucked away in a quiet, serene area, this condo is still close to all the attractions Summit County has to offer, making it the ultimate year-round destination.

There is no smoking allowed in all properties. Pets are only allowed in designated "Pet Friendly" properties. An additional pet fee is required for each pet, with prior approval only. This is part of the reservation form with booking direct with for "Pet-Friendly" properties.

As in your own home, renters are subject to citations for noise violations, etc. handed down by public officials.
