Best View Group Of Houseboats

. The property is strategically located in prime location at Dal Lake with its own Island surrounded with scenic water, green mountains, natural beauty and much more. The facilities are state of art and services are par excellence.More than that the owner of the property Mr. Farooq and his son Mr. Umar are real gentlemen and noble human . We were treated like family members and given respect on that basis and as clients. Based on this beautiful experience My family and I decided to revisit the property in End March and stay even longer.

Nothing at all

A perfect stay on Dal Lake! The Best View Group of Houseboats really does have the finest location on the lake. The beautifully preserved heritage houseboats are full of character, wonderfully comfortable and rather luxurious. Breakfast was excellent, and the lovely garden is the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended. Farooq and his excellent team could not have been more welcoming or helpful.

Nothing

Owner was very helpful, staff were kind, free transfer from houseboat to shore, very peaceful

Bathrooms a little old, but it is a houseboat

The houseboat perfectly combines traditional Kashmiri heritage with modern comfort. The handcrafted wooden interiors were stunning, and the room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained throughout my stay. The hospitality was outstanding. Every staff member was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, making me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. The food exceeded my expectations, especially the chicken curry, which was rich in flavor, perfectly cooked. The peaceful atmosphere on Dal Lake, combined with the beautiful views and excellent service, made this stay unforgettable
