Amazing location with a great view right on the Grand Canal and close to restaurants. The apartment was also impressively quiet given how busy the location is. Check in with Donatella was easy.

As soon as we opened the door, the apartment smelt strongly of Insectiside which lasted for the three day duration of our stay, which whilst we understand that it is needed for the many potential bugs due to the proximity to the water, it made the stay uncomfortable as there was nothing provided to mask the smell. Whilst the advertised air-conditioners did work during our stay they were placed on a timer which caused them to turn off at 11:15pm and come back on at 6:15am. After we realised this the first night, we contacted the managers of the apartment, who denied that there was a timer, then blamed us for turning the timer on after the air-conditioners turned off at the same time the second night. Also, for the price you pay for the apartment, we believe that the disposal of rubbish after a two night stay should be sorted out by the owner, and found the expectation that the renter is the one who has to deal with it unreasonable. Finally, in the bathroom near the two bedrooms, the slats in the shower made it near unusable due to how much they bowed when stood on.

The location is perfect. It is closed to most of attractions. The house is clean and beautiful. The patio is great spot to enjoy the sunset in Venice. The air conditioner kept us cool inside.

The initial entrance of the whole building has stairs. I needed to pay extra attention while I came home in the late evening.

Апартаменти неперевершені!!! Дуже просторі, аутентичні і з великою терасою з якої не хотілося уходити)) Є все необхідне для проживання! Дівчата допомагають з усіма питаннями які б не виникали! Обовʼязково приїдемо ще і будемо рекомендувати друзям!

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Die Lage direkt am Kanal Grande war einzigartig, mit der wundervollen Terrasse und schönen Innenausstattung.
