Piave Boutique Guest House

Very modern room and style. Smart TV had all the channels you need. The bed was super comfy and the air con worked really well.

Noise from other guests but couldn’t be helped

Quiet, modern room in a generally safe location. Extremely comfortable bed. Lavazza machine & water dispenser outside. The ladies at Reception, Amalia & I forgot the other lady's name (sorry!) were very prompt to respond with all the info we needed & kindly arranged for cleaning when we left the room a little later than usual.

The elevator is unusable if someone leaves the doors open on another level. Had to climb 5 flights of stairs just to close the doors and send the elevator down for our luggage. One short flight of stairs up to the property from the elevator. We didn't have a problem with that, but someone more elderly or with heavier luggage might.

Our stay in Piave Guest House was amazing! The room is very nice and clean, it felt really good coming back to it after a long day of walking around Rome :) also, the staff is extremely lovely - thank you Marika and Amalia for being so welcoming, caring and responsible, you are amazing! And another huge thank you to Islem and Maryem for the cleaning, the room was extremely clean and pleasant! Overall I would recommend staying at Piave, the room is perfect, the location is very walkable and I especially loved the fact that the district was not crowded but still close enough to every tourist attraction. In my opinion the price is also very nice compared to other options in Rome, especially because it corresponds to the quality of the apartment. Thank you guys for your hospitality and hope to come back!

Location was OK easy buss access

The room was so small, the bathroom and the shower was hard to move around. The noise from another rooms was also annoying. Strange access system and the staff was a bit too overwhelming- always asking for the cleaning service and even to enter the room to fix something which was a bit inappropriate especially that next day we were out. At the end they did not enter upon my opposition. The towels were quiete old and a bit stinky.
