It was convenient, reasonably priced and had helpful friendly staff
There was some noise from the local pub (it was a Friday night) but it was quiet by around 23:00

Everything - excellent room with kitchenette facilities. Immaculately clean. Comfortable. Very impressive.
Lovely assistance from host on arrival, via intercom and messaging.
We were really impressed. The only thing we would consider is carpet on the staircases and halls, to reduce noise when guests are coming and going. That said noise was no issue for us! Superb value for money and we will be back.

The location was very central and good for our stay. The room was nice and clean and spacious.
The mattress was very hard. You could hear noise from other rooms and the street and the room was very light at night due to the curtains. There was also an issue with the fan light which couldn’t be turned on/off by the remote when the hallway light was off which defeated the object.

We received no checking in details. Our larger room was unavailable when we turned up and we were offered no compensation. We were advised we would be ‘upgraded’ to room 3 on the top floor and it was not the family room we had booked and paid for. We had to ask for the heating to be turned on - which meant having to go to the boiler room ourselves and adjusting a dial set to 10 degrees. The bathroom was perishing.
See the above.
