The room had everything needed a fridge a microwave and a tv with Netflix prime etc which was unexpected.
Service at reception desk. Staff continued a discussion / argument about bedding in the rooms whilst I stood and waited. No welcome no greeting no acknowledgement of standing at the desk waiting. I eventually had to ask when they stopped talking to each other to say may I please check in. Unprofessional.

Clean and well equipped
Rooms on street side are extremely noisy- need serious soundproofing. No porter to assist with luggage up the stairs, while I was on crutches.

Location is great.
Noise after 11pm on a weekday and continued way after midnight. No security or staff to handle inconsiderate and noise makers. Open shower causes water to splash throughout the bathroom. Toilet seat was cleaned under it. Clothing rack and fan blades was full of dust. Breakfast limited. They do not accommodate for non beef and non pork eaters.
