Location! Clean, great staff, great facilities. Excellent overall. Great value for money
No lift. Property on the second floor

The location was fabulous! We walked everywhere and had a great selection of restaurants nearby. The flat was clean, modern and very comfortable. We were traveling with a baby, and Edourdo made sure we had a proper cot and let us know we could contact him if we needed anything. The entry by keypad was very convenient.
It was a few flights up with luggage and a stroller.

This is a very nice apartment, just fine for 8 (6+2 kids) in a quiet area and incredibly well located: 5/10/15 minutes walking and you're wherever you want - Duomo, Academia, restaurants, Ponte Vecchio.... On the top, Edoardo is a very nice host and was always available (before, during and even after the check out).
the worst was leaving :-) some few more days in, and it would be perfect!

La propreté, l emplacement, le confort, la disponibilité et la gentillesse d edoardo
Seul petit défaut…Un peu de bruit tard dans la nuit sous la fenêtre de La chambre donnant sur la rue
