This property was so well presented and the owners had literally thought of everything. From thoughtful breakfast supplies, wine and chocolate treats, truly stunning decor and the most beautiful and luxurious bedroom…I felt like I was staying somewhere really special from the moment I stepped through the front door.
Communication with the owners was prompt and friendly, making the check in and check out process so easy. The location was perfect as a base to explore Ballarat and I had no trouble getting parking right at the front door. I stayed on my own on this visit but I will definitely be bringing my husband for a stay in this beautiful property in the future.

Cottage D’Or is just stunning! We loved the ambience, comfort and cleanliness. Its proximity was also central to attractions in Ballarat.
Nothing really.
