London Gatwick Inn

It's was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money, I liked the self check in and shower was lovely to use, towels were of good quality and we had a good night's sleep! I like the way that the hotel made contact prior to us coming and I requested a downstairs room because of my dad's limited mobility and they was able to accommodate us which was greatly appreciated!

There was only 3 cups supplied for 5 people, it was really nice that coffee, tea, biscuits and water was supplied but here wasn't enough for more than 2 people and we didn't bring any toiletries with us as we were staying before getting an early morning flight and expected them in our room as the website stated but there was only enough shower gel for one person and I booked the room for 5! The shower was lovely to use, attention to cleaning could have been better as there was still empty toiletry bottles and a towel from the previous guess! Maybe bottles of shampoo and shower gel could be mounted on the wall instead to resolve this problem in the future and would be lovely for your guests and would look more professional Also the area around the main hotel doors (external) could do with a tidy up,cigarette butt's and rubbish, maybe a seating area would be better Instead of one chair

The room was very clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. The decor is old fashionable, a little shabby, but I had a very comfortable evening and sleep. Huge bath tub and plenty of hot water! The staff was very attentive to fix an error and accommodate my needs.

If you are on the ground floor, you can hear people coming in and out throughout the night, so bring your earplugs.

No en suite bathroom. No spoon for stirring. Strip torn off funny office desk acting as table. Dirty wall behind bed needs a paint
