I was greeted by a very helpful staff member and shown how the card and lift worked. My alarm request for 3am was dealt with immediately and was told the phone would ring twice and if unanswered with a knock on the door so I felt very secure. Plus it is so convenient for Departures.. literally just by the exit of the hotel.
Maybe more choice in the restaurant

Location. Convenience. Breakfast.
Nothing really

Arrival was earlier than expected and an early check in was really appreciated. Also early breakfast for flights was a bonus.

Proximity to north terminal, priceless when you have an early morning flight.
Restaurant menu is very limited and this was the second stay where there no salad options whatsoever and no chicken dishes. Unacceptable.
