This is the best property I’ve stayed in with my family.
Great location , comfortable living space and a great view from the balcony. 10/10
The parkings around the property are expensive.
Pay extra attention to the car parks, I had to pay 13,000 yen just for a night of parking on a national holiday.

Excellent location. 1/2 a block from Ebisucho station Exit 3. Lawson, 7-11 amd a small supermarket are across the street. Very modern and clean. Comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen was equipped for our needs. Washroom had automatic facilities that autofilled the tub maintained Temperature. Washer was super convenient.
The common areas were stuffy and hot. But I think this is the norm. No cutlery knives, but again I think this is the norm.

The check in was effortless, and when we had a question during our stay it was answered within minutes
