The apartment is spacious and comfortable for a group of 8 people. You have option to cook some simple meals and wash your clothes. The self checkin process was easy but a note on the keybox to pull it down will be helpful. The location is easily accessible and it was easy for us with a wheelchair user. The entrance lift for the subway is very close to the hotel. There are a lot of food options around the area and a small grocery store. Shinsekai and tsutenkaku tower is very walkable including the Tennoji Zoo.
I hope they can consider changing the towels every 3 days at least.

Good view, spacious, good water pressure.
No front desk staff to help with any requests such as luggage forwarding

Perfect location, close by subway and many convenient stores and restaurants

Close to things I wanted to be near by. Better than the APAs with their small rooms. I have more than enough space for myself.
I had to randomly figure where the trash went.
