The location

Location strategic and very comf

Convenient location.

Every time I went to reception, the receptionist always not around, you have a call the contact number staff only will appear. Very confused that they have two reception counter at level 4 and level 5, you won't know which level you should go when you need assit. My room doesn't have a window. I had requested the quiet room but they arranged the room nearby the main entrance. Sound proof is very poor, you even can hear the heater sounds when next room turn on the heater, and you can hear the sound when next door open and close the door. No free car park.
