Bed and Breakfast Villa Della Lupa Luxury Rooms

De ligging, maar vooral de heel mooi ingerichte kamer !

Niets

The location was perfect, with convenient parking and easy access to the main part of town, cafés, and local amenities. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond what we would normally expect from an apartment stay. The apartment itself was new, modern, and very comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, made even better by the exceptional service from the staff.

The bed was just a little firm for me but that is just a personal preference

Spacious and clean. Outstanding location. Plenty of breakfast choice. Very accommodating and friendly staff.

Nothing really.

It was clean and the towels were white and changed every day

The shower drain was blocked causing water to flood all over the bathroom floor. The owners said this was due to hair but should be cleaned out before guests arrive if this is a known issue. We had to use all the towels to mop the floor after shower. The drawer under the bathroom basin smelt so badly of damp it was unusable. The bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable we have ever slept in. No tea towel or cloth for wiping surface in kitchen just an old used sponge under the sink. No basic sharp knife or corkscrew. No toaster which maybe is usual in Italian properties. Also the road was being dug up at the front of the property and there was building work being done at the back so very noisy! I asked for an upper floor which the owner said it was but be aware that it is floor one so quite a lot of street noise from a bar near by. All in all not a great stay for the money paid. The owner only communicated in Italian and it was not automatically translated by Booking.com so had to use translation on phone to communicate with them.
