The apartment is located downtown and is very clean and neat. Easy access is a bonus. The host is really helpful and responsive.
If you come by car, there is no parking spot, as the apartment is in a pedestrian area and there are no cars allowed. There is an option for parking, but it is payable and 500m away at the train station. Also, the view was somehow not good, as you were looking into the bakery

Spacious room is modern/clean, has everything I needed. Location is very convenient for train station / bus stations / sights in the center /food.
Being the second time staying in this apartment building, I already knew the problems: 1) enter code on touch pad at building entrance & on room door to gain entry is not always reliable. There is no staff on site. 2) ELEVATOR / LIFT is a problem -- elevator does NOT go down to ground floor (street level) and only goes up to fifth floor. My room is on 6th floor, so this means upon entering the building, I needed to climb up 1 steep flight of stairs to get to elevator, get off elevator on fifth floor, then climb up another steep flight of stairs to 6th floor -- the stairway between 5th & 6th floor have no handrail to hold on to, so it is very challenging for people with big luggage or mobility-limitation.
