La ubicación
La falta de servicio de limpieza. La falta de lavadora. El bar que hay debajo está abierto hasta bastante tarde y los clientes suelen ser ruidosos

The location is nearby everything, cafes, shops and attractions etc. the property is quiet and tidy.
I like to cook myself and there wasn't a kettle (only very tiny), and pan, so that was minor minus.

Location is great. No reception desk is fine. Breakfast was good.
AC did not work and the room had windows into a busy street, so the night was not very comfortable. Previously when I stayed in this house I had a different room which had windows into the courtyard and there everything worked well.
