The property was very clean!
Didn’t realise it was so remote in the middle of a field!

The property was spotless and very tastefully decorated. The owners left us water, soft drinks, sweets and a bottle of wine which was very thoughtful. The location is stunning. Everything you needed was available
There was nothing we didn’t like about staying in this beautiful cottage

Great location close to Matlock, very handy for all the outdoor attractions of the Peak District. Lovely hosts. Spotlessly clean. Just great all-round.
Difficult to find anything not-to-like!
One point to note - there are no doors between the lower floor and the upper floor bedrooms. Despite this, there is very little noise to be heard in the upperstairs rroms - but if some of your party need total quiet in bed, and others need to be very loud after bedtime, then maybe it's worth knowing about. It was no problem at all for us (with one quite teen and one very loud!)

Excellent to find a 3 bed property at a good price. Very clean and well maintained.
Comfortable beds. Lovely location.
Generous supplies such as wine, chocolates, biscuits and soft drinks. Great choice of board games. Would definitely recommend
Hard to find something really!! Small kitchen/lounge area for family of 4 with teenagers but for a couple of nights, it was absolutely fine.
