The apartment was great, with great facilities like Washing machine, dryer & dishwasher.
The location allow us to take day trips in sofia area, with free parking and tram connection to metro with minutes walk.
The beds were very comfortable and nothing was missing.
The kids loved the kids room :)
The fact that it was 4th floor without elevator, it was a but hard to go up and down with luggage.
Also notice there is A/C only in the living room, so summer time is a bit tricky (the host supply good fans at the rooms though)

Everything was as expected, the location and the building is old but the apartment was nice
The apartment is located at the 4th floor (no elevator), but we already knew that from previous comments.
