The property itself was great. Exactly as advertised. No issues with anything, and a great base for a family holiday.
St Valery En Caux is a beautiful town, and feels like an authentic French trip rather than a tourist spot.
Unfortunately the code supplied for the key safe was incorrect, and the homeowner non-responsive to texts, messages through the app or phone calls. After a 700 mile journey, I had to break into the keysafe, which took nearly an hour. Not the arrival I was hoping for with three tired kids in tow. I still haven’t heard anything from the homeowner, and had I not been relatively practical-minded, would have had to go and fork out for a hotel.
