The property is very modern, beautifully presented and extremely well-equipped, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything required for cooking, and it was lovely to arrive and find all the bedding already prepared for us. The property is also situated in a lovely location within the park itself. We visited in early autumn, but I can imagine that during the summer months, the terrace would be a wonderful place to sit outside and relax. The dishwasher was an added bonus, saving time on washing up after meals. The showers were fantastic too, with excellent water pressure and perfectly hot water. In fact, I almost wished our shower at home was as good! Another thoughtful touch was the selection of games provided, which I thought was a lovely addition, particularly for families staying with children. One of our favourite features was the fireplace. Once switched on, it quickly made the caravan feel wonderfully warm and cosy, especially during the cooler autumn evenings. There is also central heating throughout, which is ideal for keeping the bedrooms and other areas warm when needed. There was also an impressive amount of storage space throughout the property, including plenty of cupboards in the kitchen, storage in the living area and ample space in the bedrooms for clothes and personal belongings. Overall, it’s a lovely, modern and thoughtfully equipped property, with lots of little extras that make a stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the beds weren’t quite as comfortable as we would have liked. However, this is something we had somewhat expected with a caravan stay, so it certainly wasn’t a major issue or something that negatively affected our overall experience. It was simply a minor point in what was otherwise a really lovely stay.

The caravan, well kitted out, great sofas and living areas with dining area, well laid out kitchen. Both bathrooms had fantastic powerful showers. The bedrooms were a great size and the Kingsize bed in the main bedroom was a rare find. The location of the caravan within the site was perfect, two parking spaces out side and lots of room around the caravan. The location of the park within Newquay was so good, close to multiple beaches and a short drive into the centre. We really cannot wait to stay again!

Tucked away on a peaceful site, we felt extremely lucky to have booked this for May half term. The site had an outdoor and indoor pool both with life guards, restaurant/bar on site which we didn’t use but it looked to have a great menu, the site also had a handy little shop. Perfect base for our travels in Cornwall. The property was clean, modern and really had everything we needed for our stay, and good WiFi, lovely coffee & biscuits for our arrival and even managed to check in early with great communication from the owner. The views from the property were stunning, perfect location. We would not hesitate to book again. Thanks again Louise
