It was a comfortable place to spend time with my family. We all enjoyed the games.

Great house!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend house and area. Only regret-not having more time in the house. It truly is a a “retreat”

Everything was amazing - we had multiple families with children, and the house was a perfect size. The game room and movie theater were so fun for the kids, the hot tub and sauna were amazing for the adults. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook in. The coffee bar was an amazing touch. We will be back!

Evergreen resort was perfect for a long weekend for our group of 11. The layout accommodated us spending tons of time together, watching the Olympics on the big screen, playing games, and singing karaoke. We especially enjoyed the nice touches around the house including a ton of blankets to keep cozy, dog bowls, stocked kitchen (with coffee!), house how-to guides, and towels for the hot tub crew. We parked four SUVs and a sedan in the driveway. It took some maneuvering to get in and out, but it was pretty easy. I appreciated that the driveway for this house was not steep. Others in the area definitely are! The location was very convenient to Massanutten activities. We hit the water park, arcade, snowboarding lessons, and tubing. All were easy to access being so close. I think if there were less snow and ice we definitely would have done more hiking/walking about as there are trails nearby as well. I hate being overly nice without a touch of reality in reviews. To help keep this review honest, one of the toilets had a cracked seat when we arrived. I promptly reported it and the owners pledged to get it fixed for future tenants. We had no other issues in the home during our stay. Our overall experience really was excellent. I’d rent it again if we go back to that area.
