The Grand Sariska Baagh

I was particularly impressed by the warmth, helpfulness and considerate behaviour of the staff and the property owner/manager. They went out of their way to assist me on several occasions and were also considerate in offering some relaxation on food prices, which I appreciated, especially considering the room tariff I had paid on a very higher side as per the property cadre. I would rate the staff hospitality 4 stars. A particularly thoughtful gesture was celebrating my birthday by bringing a cake to the breakfast table. It made my stay feel personal and special.

One disappointing experience was regarding the complimentary high tea. I returned about 20 minutes late after sightseeing and requested it at around 6:50 PM, but was clearly refused because the team had started preparing for dinner. Considering the overall tariff and hospitality level of the property, a little flexibility would have been appreciated. I also feel there is considerable scope for improvement in the preparation and overall quality of the food. While the staff's service and gestures were excellent, improving the food experience would make the overall stay much more consistent with a five-star property.

The rooms are spacious and bed very comfortable. Loved the plunge pool and outside shower. The staff were so helpful-Lucky the manager looked after us so well. Great evening entertainment too-fantastic local musicians and dancer. The food was amazing!

Location was very private, peaceful and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, only change I would do is Chef, food wasn’t good at all, also whatever we ordered, we couldn’t get. Though overall service was excellent. I would definitely visit again.
