Soziglia Guest Rooms

The bldg was historic yet the guest room was very modern and updated. There was tons of space! The location was nice bc it was quiet at night yet one could slip down for a coffee in the AM

I didn’t love the check in process. We arrived after 3pm so I had to take pics of passports to send and do everything on WhatsApp. She sent instructions on how to enter 3 different doors but left out one key feature on how to enter from the outside. Luckily one resident showed up and showed us how to do it. After he looked at her instructions he said she left out one thing - the key character on the panel. But, we made it! Also, the taxi drivers take advantage and drive around and around to push up the price. The train is SO close yet it ends up being 20 euros when it should be 8. ITALY NEEDS UBER!!! The taxi situation is out of hand!

TOUT ❤️ Chambre propre, localisation parfaite. Le logement : on a y sent tellement bien qu’on a pas envie de quitter la pièce. D’une propreté incomparable 🙏

La struttura si trova al primo piano (con ascensore) all interno di un palazzo con numerosi appartamenti. Ottima posizione, struttura nuovissima con diverse stanze ricavate da un unico enorme appartamento. La stanza era pulita, molto ampia e confortevole, ben insonorizzata ma vengono cmq forniti tappi per le orecchie per i più esigenti. Checkin facile e autogestito con codici per accedere alla struttura.

Il condizionatore d'aria è un pochino rumoroso e in estate un piccolo frigo per tenere al fresco l'acqua è indispensabile (ma stanno provvedendo a posizionarli). Se posso dare un ulteriore suggerimento, metterei delle tende alle finestre, in modo non dover chiudere le persiane per cambiarsi, e magari anche delle zanzariere per poter fare il cambio d'aria senza far entrare insetti molesti.

Good, fast and friendly communication with host, large room, lovely decor and nice large comfy bed. Great central location. Really easy self check in and self check out

The noise, zero soundproofing. The noise from the people above was awful, you can hear every single footstep (constant) & can even hear when they turn on a socket. A mini fridge to store waters/drinks and some extra towels would have been great (without an extra charge) Had to use the same towels 7 times for our 3 night stay. Extractor fan needed in bathroom, there is a window but this opens onto a courtyard where there are chairs literally right outside the window so you can’t have it open when showering. A few streets up is also a red light district that didn’t feel safe at all, even during the day Cleaning could be better, dropped some clothes on the floor when unpacking and they were covered in dust
