Easy instructions and lots of communication. We did dropped our bags before check-in. Location was perfect. The place is well-equipped with air conditioning. Also had a lift so easy to bring bags up.

Bathroom could use some updating. And air conditioning had a bad smell on the second night.

Ubicación inmejorable. Apartamento amplio, limpio y acogedor. Edificio con ascensor.

Fantastic location and enjoyed our stay!

The actual facility was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable; the bathroom clean. We did not use the kitchen. No nespresso or anything of that sort was available. It was a little hard to figure out the wi-fi (the QR code was tiny).

We had arranged to meet the host at 1pm to leave our luggage. At the address, there was NO indication of Oasi, there was no one on hand, the portiera (after we hung around by the door) found someone in the building who spoke English and who was able to find out from the cleaning person for the Oasi where the keys were and the code for the lockbox. He very thoughtfully came down and took us up. The lockbox was pretty high -- I could not reach it and the light in the hall was very dim. The gentleman who was helping us was finally able to see enough to enter the code & we were able to get in. We speak okay Italian but visitors should NOT count on getting by with just English -- esp if a problem arises as it did for us.
