I loved this property! Super cute and chic but had everything you would need. The Hot Tub was a bonus :) we had deer greet us at the top of the hill in the morning. The fire pit was out of gas and they sent someone within 10 mins. Excellent customer service!
Parking was a little tricky but not unmanageable.

The location was great for our needs. The home was very clean except for the rugs that had some stains from wear.
We could not find directions for the fire pit, the washer/dryer or the AC. So we didn't get to use any of these amenities. It would have been nice to have a notebook with all instructions available.

Dad and teen daughter. We slept here for one night while traveling and loved it. It was clean and well appointed.
After dinner we hiked the trail at the tip of the road for a great view of pikes peak.

Location excellent, very cute and cozy! Bed was very comfortable. Nice outdoor amenities but due to rain every afternoon we did not really get to take advantage but it was very well thought out!
There were only 4 towels, 2 wash cloths and 1 makeup cloth for a 7 day stay. 1 dish towel no dish cloth and less than half a roll of paper towels with no extras. It did have washer/dryer so we bought some soap and did the towels not a big deal but on vacation would prefer not to. Usually Airbnb’s leave extra supplies. Also a big one was the GATE it was difficult to stay closed!
