Lovely stay! We had a large group of stay for the long weekend, and loved that there were so many areas to gather in smaller groups and as a whole group. Great kitchen area. The house was clean, beautifully designed, and spacious. Hot tub and pool were our favourite part of the stay :DOnly feedback was that some of the products in the bathroom and kitchen sinks were not fully stocked so we needed to buy our own (i.e. detergent, hand wash, etc). Not a big deal as shops are nearby.Would've been nice to have a large long table to have dinner in, but that's alright! We made it work with what was there.

The home was lovely, the gardens were amazing, and the host was lovely, but it stops there unfortunately. The heating for the outdoor spa did not work, so we could not use it. The outdoor area hadn't been cleaned or wiped over prior to our arrival. We opened the microwave to find old chips in it. The oven was also dirty, clearly it had not been cleaned or checked. Not enough cutlery for a home that sleeps 10 people. There we NO teaspoons at all. The bedding was very basic. As a group of lifelong friends we have stayed all over the Perth and the southwest in high end holiday homes. At over 1000 a night we do expect a certain standard and sadly this one did not meet that.
