The location is great and it is spacious for Paris.
Just one thing, we weren’t able to fully check in by 4pm - we had wanted to have a refresh/nap out of the heatwave after arrival and before going out for the evening, but unfortunately the aircond was being fixed/replaced and so all electricity in the apartment was down / turned off i.e. no fans and can’t charge our phones, shower etc. Anyway, obviously this was unavoidable but it was a little awkward at the beginning of our trip.
