A stunning, newly renovated apartment on the 3rd floor, located in the heart of Paris, just steps from Place de la République, with shops and restaurants nearby. It’s well-served by numerous metro and bus lines, making it easy to get around the capital. The apartment features one bedroom, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. It’s ideal for couples, business travelers, or families.

Small apartment but full of comfort. Close to plenty shpos and places to eat. The host was very responsive.

The apartment was clean, and the location was steps away from Republique, which has five metro lines. The chairs provided were folding chairs, because it’s a small apartment. However, they were quite uncomfortable. I think it’s possible to find more comfortable folding chairs. I also would have liked having a toaster available. However, the most important factors to me are cleanliness and location and I was completely satisfied with that.

The property was super cute and a great place to stay for a family of four with kids (i.e. there was Netflix / movies for them to watch!)
My only feedback is to provide instructions on how to use the washer.
