Beautiful house with beautiful views! All the facilities that we needed were provided. We loved the pool which was a great size for what was needed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and each had their own bathroom which was perfect. Sicily was extremely hot so the air on was very required and it worked well. The pool was kept clean and was cleaned each day by the owners.

Wasps around the pool but couldn’t be helped and none of us got stung. There are restaurants and the beach an easy 20 minute walk away but you need to have a car to get about to other places.

Villa is perfect! Very clean and has all you need and more! Lucia is the perfect host with tips to siteseeings and restaurants etc! The area is very quiet and no close neigbours around. Generous parking space for 3 cars! The pool is huge and kept in perfect condition!

The area does not have cafes, restaurants, grocery shops etc within walking distance - you need to have a car.

The aspect of the villa is superb, positioned over a disused marble quarry which provides dramatic views with the sea on the horizon and amazing sunsets. Each bedroom has an ensuite with a shower. In the Kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking and there is a BBQ area outside. We liked the accessibility to local shops and tourist sites, everything is in reach, Scopello, Erice, Palermo, Trapani and a 10min walk to Custonaci Beach. The hosts are amazing, anything you need they are there for you. The pool is maintained and cleaned early in the morning and property is secured and protected behind an automatic gate. All in all this is an excellent villa that I am more than happy to recommend. We will return!

There is nothing we didn't like
