Lovely apartment. Well equipped for self-catering. Spacious rooms. Ground floor but secure with good window and door locks.
Nice neighbourhood with short walk to tram stop. We recommend getting off the tram at Paulo Ucello as the twelve minute walk along the Arno to the apartment was lovely after a day in Firenze (see photo attached).
We didn’t require any assistance but Beatrice and Leonardo were available and contactable if we needed them.
Thank you for lovely stay.

Location was easy for transport to the city. The river is close and lovely parks a short walk away.
Leonardo met me to pass on the keys, even though I arrived quite late. He was friendly, helpful and welcoming.
There was a supermarket close by and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment.
There was nothing negative.
