First of all, the location of the hotel was very good and I really liked the comfort of the hotel, the quietness, the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, in short, everything was great, especially the reception was very helpful, thank you Ali.

The location of the hotel was good
Multiple issues we faced such as :
1. Suite with balcony was booked a month ago but they gave us without balcony and said no other room available
2. Cockroaches were in the room
3. Broken shower diverter valve
4. Broken commode (toilet) moving while sitting
5. It says AZN 20 for breakfast but they kept asking for USD 20 which is disappointing
