Sunrise Alora Aqua Park Resort

Service and Room

One of the most convenient features was the online check-in, which significantly streamlined our arrival process and allowed us to start enjoying the hotel immediately. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Osama, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. We would also like to commend Mr. Ahmed, the Main Restaurant Manager, whose meticulous attention to detail, alongside the chef, was truly commendable. Our evening at the Italian restaurant was particularly memorable, made even better by the attentive service from the entire team. Furthermore, the bar service was fantastic. The aqua park was a highlight of our trip; we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. A special word of thanks goes to the safety guards managing the park efficiently and to the animation team for their endless effort in making the evening nightlife so engaging and memorable. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team—Mohamed, Badawy, and Kareem—for keeping our room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay.
