Sunrise Solara Aqua park Resort

We travelled as a group of 16 and had seven rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay—the food was excellent, with an amazing variety, and the resort had fantastic facilities. Two of our days were packed with excursions, so unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to experience everything the resort had to offer. The acrobats team during the evening entertainment were fabulous and we really enjoyed the show. Pure talent and very engaging. A special mention must go to Mahmud Sultan, who regularly checked in with our group to make sure everything was okay. He even helped rescue my son’s shorts after they flew off our balcony and landed on the roof of another room! His kindness and helpfulness were genuinely appreciated

The resort became extremely busy during our final two nights. At dinner, we sometimes had to wait for clean plates to become available, which was frustrating and could have been managed better. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel was amazing experience staff were pleasant highly highly recommend very family and baby friendly. 10\10. All inclusive including alcoholic drinks- special thanks to resk for all support.

Nothing amazing

Staff very helpful , manager texting to check if we need anything, hotel very clean, room nice and big and cleaned on a daily basis

None

From the moment we arrived everything went smoothly, our guest manager Mr.Rizk made sure that all of our requests were fulfilled, the hotel also upgraded our room to a swim up room which was amazing for the kids. Hotel facilities are more than enough, 3 aqua parks, awesome beach setup with events every day, water sports, volleyball, gym, and 4 restaurants, I can recommend the Asian one. Also the landscape of the hotel is well maintained and looks really good in the pictures. Food wise they are really generous with everything, usually in all inclusive kinds of hotels they go cheap on some of the materials but not this one, high quality tasty food in all buffets, the oriental buffet was specially good, it's every Friday, which defeats the reason why you would want to go to the oriental restaurant. Also the staff are really accommodating and helpful. Will be coming back again for sure.

Not much to say really... Maybe just that electricity went out twice for a short time but that wasn't because of the hotel. There was a show called level up, they should mention that it's +16 as it was inappropriate for kids with a lot of sexual hints.
